OLVIS IMMIGRATION AND TRAVEL

VISA AND IMMIGRATION ASSISTANCE

WHY CAN’T I DO IT MYSELF?

Like complicated tax returns, filling out visa and immigration paperwork can be a stressful and intimidating process. One simple mistake or oversight can result in costly, complex and lengthy delays. Having to re-do and re-submit your visa and immigration application will make you wait many extra months for your fiancée’s or spouse’s immigration approval and, in some instances, a serious mistake can jeopardize the entire procedure.

This is a situation where it pays you to work with a professional – someone who deals with every aspect of the immigration and visa application process on a daily basis. Someone who will get it done for you quickly, and most importantly, correctly, the first time, every time. That’s our promise and commitment to our valued clients.

WHY DO YOU NEED OLVIS IMMIGRATION AND TRAVEL?

There are many services that advertise fiancée/spousal visa services and these are fine, but what they don’t tell you about, and can’t offer, are the full support services that Olvis provides for you and your fiancée/spouse, both in the U.S. and in the Philippines, throughout the entire immigration process.

We work directly with the various governmental agencies involved on a daily basis. We know all the local laws, regulations and requirements for immigration firsthand, and stay up to date on any changes in those requirements as they may occur. We are right here to assist both you and your fiancée/spouse through each step of the process.

Our Philippine staff is fluent in your fiancée or spouse’s native dialect, so she will feel comfortable and confident as we assist her through all of the various steps that she will need to take.

WHAT DO YOU GET FOR YOUR MONEY?

With 25+ years of experience, offices in both the U.S. and the Philippines, and lower prices than attorneys charge for just completing the INS paperwork, Olvis Immigration and Travel handles the entire immigration process for you, from the time you first contact us until the time your spouse or fiancée arrives in the USA. You have an American Immigration Specialist, who speaks your language correctly to communicate to you what needs to be done when it needs to be done.

We do not send out little flyers and guides on how to do it yourself and then charge you a fee so that ultimately YOU did the visa paperwork yourself and had to pay some one to watch!

We collect the information, we authenticate and verify every bit of information before WE prepare the visa paperwork, upon completion we pass it through 5 reviews and after the final review it is sent by courier service to you for the final signing. When you receive the package you call us and we walk you through the signing process and give you further instructions on what to do next and what to expect.

Throughout the entire process we are available by telephone to answer any questions you have and to give the required instructions at the appropriate time in the process.

We do not have friends at the Embassy or with Immigration, anyone that tells you that they do is lying to you this includes any attorney that tells you that he has influence at either the embassy or USCIS.

We do not claim as others do that we can give your Fiancée or Spouse Secret Information to make sure she passes the interview, there is no secret information, when someone tells you this beware!

We are accredited by the Philippine Department of Tourism and are members of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as the CATO the Cebu Association of Tour Operators.

We accept all major credit or debit cards , Please note a company that does not accept credit cards or uses a third party processor is usually in that position because the credit card processors are very particular who they process cards for because of the high incidence of fraud from these smaller mom and pop companies. In addition if you have a problem and you have paid with cash , a check, money order, bank to bank or western union  you have no recourse on anyone you are just stuck. If you really want a fun experience try getting your money back from some so called visa processor, attorney or travel agency in a foreign country, it can be a real nightmare.

When you use other services, it is what they don’t tell you that hurts the most, things like the fee you paid covers your situation only to the approval after that is when you really need the most help both you and your fiancée or wife. Getting her ready for the medical CFO class and Embassy interview is a big job that others either do not do at all or only offer very limited support. The question is who works with YOU in the last crucial days before the interview??

Want to do it yourself, you might want to read this first…

Dear Friend,

There’s only one reason to be reading this letter:

You are looking for the fastest, no-hassle, and inexpensive way to get your fiancée or spouse out of the Philippines.

If this is you – you’ve landed on the “most valuable website” on the entire Internet. And, it will pay you – to read on.

I will tell you where to get all the applications, forms, and paperwork for the fiancée, spousal or K3 visa. And, I’ll give you plenty of tips on how to do this whole crazy thing yourself (if that’s what you want to do). And, I’ll even show you how to get the lowest airfares!

Let me tell you a story about a guy named “Frank”. It’s not very long – and you’ll find it fascinating. I’ll call it… … 4 years, Nine Trips and $35,677.42 Down the Drain!

Frank met a lady in the Philippines and decided to file his own fiancée visa , well to make a long story short it flopped.

Then Frank hired a local attorney in the Philippines to do the paperwork for him as it was very cheap! This ended up costing him almost $3,000.00 to find out that what the attorney had done for him could cause Frank to be brought up on fraud charges! You see attorneys,

Travel agencies and so called visa preparation services in a foreign country usually do not have a clue about how to do USA immigration. They are interested in one thing, get the money and after you go home to the US , Who Cares? This now becomes Your problem! You call these people on the phone and you get someone that barely speaks English trying to explain to you something that they know nothing about or frequently they just disappear!

On with the story.

Now, Frank is desperate and trust no one so he hires a US Immigration attorney to do the paperwork for him but this time Frank would have a friend of his that worked for the USCIS review everything before it was submitted.

That was where more problems started. Even though this friend was well-intentioned and had worked for USCIS for over 20 years – she cost Frank many months in wasted time, because she only knew the steps to be taken in the U.S. (kinda). This person who worked for USCIS for over 20 years could not even fill out the forms properly!

She had no clue that the paperwork that was prepared by his immigration attorney and reviewed by her was being sent to the the wrong agency in the Philippines! and It was being thrown away!

It took Frank and his Fiancée over six months to figure this out. I’ll bet you are asking yourself right now HOW did they find out? Well this gentleman and his fiancée stopped by my office in Cebu one day and were asking a few questions. They wanted to know where this government office was located as their paperwork was there. I asked him , why is it there and he told me that his attorney had filed it there, I of course told him that this was not possible and that no immigration attorney would send the paperwork there. He then produced this attorneys card and said I know it is there , my attorney told me they sent it there. Well to make a long story short I got my driver and we all went together to this Government office and asked about it, the government official told us that OH yes we got that and discarded it as it should not be sent to us.

Well here we go again, the attorney refiled the paperwork to the processing center in the USA

Anyway, once that mystery was solved, and the lady was ready for the Embassy interview ,they needed to round up his fiancée’s birth certificate. Good news. She had it. Only problem was that … …It was the wrong birth certificate!

Yes! Believe it or not , in the Philippines they can and frequently do, have more than one birth certificate and only one of them will work for the embassy. She presented the wrong one at the embassy and they would not accept it. She had to start from scratch getting a new birth certificate. Another 57 days up in smoke.

Fact: a large percentage of Philippine birth certificates are inaccurate. And, the only time it matters – is when your lady needs a passport or is at the Embassy interview. (More about that in a minute).

Okay, so now the birth certificate is fixed. It’s many months after the process started. Now they need to start getting “clearances”. From the NBI. The police.

The Barangay (huh?). Plus the postal ID. And, don’t forget… …They still don’t have a passport!

And then guess what? While all this was going on, the next application they finally got submitted to the correct address had 3 mistakes on it and was returned to them for correction by USCIS. Only problem was – they only told Frank about the “first” mistake they found. (Once they find a mistake – they usually just send it back. They don’t even look at the rest). Of course Frank’s attorney would not take any responsibility for this as he was working with the information that Frank had given him and so could not be blamed for anything.

But he did promptly send Frank a bill every time he corrected something!

So, he fixed the first mistake. Sent it back. Then they found the “second” mistake and kicked it back. They fixed that.

Finally – they discovered the third and final mistake and – well you know the rest. So, once that hurdle was cleared (474 days later) all his fiancée had to do was sit through a grueling interview at the U.S. Embassy. And, if she didn’t pass this interview.

…She wouldn’t be going anywhere!

Guess what? She flopped! I bet you are asking your self right about now WHY?

Well the paperwork that Frank had submitted was correct or the lady would have never gotten to the Embassy in the first place. But the lady was unprepared for the Embassy interview!

Simple as that she had all the wrong documents that said the wrong thing and were dated at the wrong time in the process and she was totally unprepared for the questions. But, this story ends happily. Because, Frank contacted me and we got his girl out of the Philippines in a few short months. And, it cost Frank less than a “weekend in Las Vegas” for me to do this for him.

Now, don’t get me wrong – many people do manage to get this process done by themselves. Just beware… …There are traps –everywhere!
